To strengthen the squad, the club has confirmed the signing of eight new faces. Ntandoyenkosi Nkosi, Anslin Williams, Matome Mmolai, Mzwandile Dlamini, Siyabonga Nguessan, Onke Moletshe, Sedwyn George and Veluyeke Zulu have joined the Rockets.
Galaxy are believed to be clearing their transfer bans and will have the new players registered for the season. The club has been able to identify talent in recent seasons and have sold players to other clubs in the Premiership, while a few others have made moves to Europe.
It's a system that has worked for them over the years, and they will be hoping that the new players can shine and attract attention both domestically and internationally.
Galaxy finished in the top eight last term after a slow start to the campaign, and they are determined to have an even better season, with pressure on coach Adnan Beganovic to deliver yet again in the hot seat.
