TS Galaxy Hit With Another Transfer Ban
TS Galaxy have been slapped with yet another transfer ban by FIFA, this time over the unfair dismissal of Liberian forward Jegbay Morris.
Morris, one of eight new signings made by the Rockets this season, has now taken his case to the world football governing body after his contract was abruptly terminated just six months into a three-year deal.

The player, who never made a single appearance for the Mpumalanga-based side, spent half a year in South Africa without receiving a cent in salary.
FIFA has since ruled in favour of the Liberian, placing a fresh registration embargo on TS Galaxy, which became effective from 29 April 2025. The club is now prohibited from signing players until the matter is resolved.
This isn’t the first time the club has found itself on the wrong side of player disputes. In August last year, TS Galaxy were hit with a three-window transfer ban for breaching a contract with Ivorian striker Bernard Yao Kouassi.
Like Morris, Kouassi also failed to make an appearance for the club before his departure.
According to records, Kouassi had joined Galaxy in January 2023, but exited the team shortly afterward. He then lodged a complaint with FIFA, resulting in a ruling that Galaxy must pay R1.8 million in damages or face the continued enforcement of the ban.
