Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed that Steve Komphela has been appointed head coach of Swallows FC.
Komphela has left his post with the DStv Premiership champions to become the head coach of the Dube Birds.

The Siya crew did report last month that Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena was looking to revamp his technical team ahead of the new season.
The Soweto outfit have also confirmed that Komphela will be assisted by Musa Nyatama and Ditheko Mototo.

Mamelodi Sundowns today expressed its best wishes to Steve Komphela on his appointment as the Head Coach of Swallows FC.
The Chairman of Mamelodi Sundowns, Tlhopie Motsepe said: "Steve Komphela served Mamelodi Sundowns with loyalty and devotion and will always be a member of the Mamelodi Sundowns Family. We wish him everything of the best."
Mamelodi Sundowns is currently busy with its pre-season and will travel to Rustenburg in the coming week.
