What's the story?

In what is news that has swiftly become a hot topic among fans on social media, Baxter's second stint with the Glamour Boys has come to an end.

As reported by the Siya Crew, sporting director Kaizer Motaung Jnr made the announcement to the club's technical team with assistant coaches Arthur Zwane and Dillon Sheppard thought to be in charge for the rest of the campaign.

Back Again

Baxter has been one of Chiefs' more successful coaches in the PSL era, having won two league titles and two domestic cups between 2012 and 2015.

His return to the club hasn't been fruitful, accumulating just 11 wins in 26 matches, while picking up nine defeats along the way.

As expected, the news made waves on social media, as supporters thrown names into the hat as to who they want at the helm next season.
