Orlando Pirates are set to take on the league leaders in the DStv Premiership this weekend and could use that all-important clash to award Souaibou Marou his debut.

The Buccaneers are on a three-match winning streak, scoring nine goals in the process.

The potential addition of the young Cameroonian striker could give them an additional attacking threat against the runaway league leaders.

On the "Pirates' New Signing To Debut V Red Hot Downs?" story, a reader pointed out that it might not be wise to throw Marou into the deep end against Sundowns:

"The occasion might be too high to throw in a new player, still trying to find his feet in the deep end. Confidence can end a player's spell at a club. Don't rush him, play him when he's gotten used to his teammates especially since our supporters are cutthroat and don't give players time to settle.

"They want instant results. They easily turn on their own, killing a player's moral... Van Heerden, Okuwosu were never heard of again after being thrown in in a high profile, high intensity game like this they were used to PSL football," says NoPain.

"They no longer talk about Mabena and Kermit," says Shikabala.

"What's the rush?" says mohlala.ee.

"Take chances at own risk," says His Majesty Yellow PSL Beast.

Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena, who had an unsuccessful spell at the Sea Robbers, spoke highly of Al Ahli Saudi FC coach, Pitso Mosimane.

Mokwena referred to Mosimane as a mentor, father figure and a close family friend. Mokwena honed his skills as a coach under Mosimane and said that he'll always be grateful to Jingles.

Here's what the readers had to say on the "Rulani Compares Pitso Relationship To Pep Arteta" story:

"Super, super Coach. I love his humbleness. He is going very far this guy Rulanhinho," says no1coachkm

"He has to be thankful to Pitso because he saved his career after his failures at Pirates and Chippa. You see, Rulani is a very fortunate human being. No surprise that Pitso welcomed him back at Sundowns thanks to oom Sono, who is actually the guy who unearthed Pitso as a player.

"Now even his success at Sundowns was laid down by Pitso, who ensured that he weakened the opposition, especially Chiefs and Pirates. Remember, even at his highest, he never coached any of the to biggest teams in Sadac. Pitso and Motsepe were a match made in heaven..." said userThautha.

"Pirates was too big for him. But I am happy to see him doing so well at Sundowns. He's mature now," says Gizaretti.
