The Bolivian is one of the latest foreign players to put on the yellow of Sundowns, with the club having much success in finding South American talents in recent times.
Having to battle it out in one of the most competitive midfield departments in South African football, Saavedra provided supporters with a glimpse of what's to come in his first few appearances.
A Sign Of Things To Come
In Sundowns CAF Champions League group stage tie against Al-Merrikh, Saavedra showed signs of what he could offer to the team. Saavedra's technical ability and movement looked similar to that of fellow South American Gaston Sirino, with supporters happy with his efforts so far.
Made For Downs?
Fans will no doubt want to see more of the Bolivian but could be forced to wait after he was substituted against Al-Merrikh in the first half due to injury.
