With Mamelodi Sundowns shifting their attention to their upcoming CAF Champions League tie, supporters voiced their opinions on who should be starting against Al-Merrikh.
What's the story?
Downs are deemed to be one of the top contenders for this season's CAF Champions League showpiece, given their strong showings in the group stages.
The Chloorkop side topped Group A going into the final game against Al-Merrikh, as their path to the next round included two impressive wins over reigning champions Al Ahly.
Table Toppers
The Sundowns coaches will no doubt gather much confidence from their displays in the group stages, particularly from the games against the Egyptians. Now though, many supporters feel that the game against Al-Merrikh could afford the Downs coaches to rotate a couple of stars.
In replying to one of the Sundowns twitter posts, a fan tweeted, "5-0 I predict.boys looks fresh en hungry," as the club provided images from the training grounds.

Here are some of the starting XI predictions from fans:
Just play the guys who don't get game time. You know, just to confuse the enemy, when they analyze us going into the knock-out game.
