Mamelodi Sundowns will be eyeing a spot in the Nedbank Cup quarter-finals when they take on Mpheni Home Defenders this afternoon.

The Brazilians have had a busy schedule in recent weeks and they come into the clash on the back of a 1-0 loss to TS Galaxy on Tuesday.
Miguel Cardoso's men cruised to the round of 16 last month after thrasing fellow ABC Motsepe League side Sibanye Golden Stars 5-2.
The Sundowns coach is expected to ring the changes, especially with his side back in action on Wednesady evening in the Betway Premiership.
The visitors, meanwhile, booked their spot in the Last 16 after upseting Motsepe Foundation Championship side Hungry Lions.
Defenders are the only ABC Motsepe League side left in the Nedbank Cup.
