Polokwane will be aiming for their first win of the season after playing to a goalless draw against Magesi FC on Saturday afternoon.
Rise and Shine are already playing their third match overall after losing to Orlando Pirates in the MTN8 a couple weeks ago.
Chiefs have failed to beat Polokwane in their last three league attempts, including a goalless draw on the final day of the season.
