Jose Riveiro's charges got back to winning ways in the league over the weekend, after defeating Kaizer Chiefs in the Soweto Derby at FNB Stadium.
The Buccaneers will enter the encounter 12 points adrift of league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, who take on Chippa United on Wednesday.
Pirates will come up against an Arrows who are winless in their last four league encounters, which includes a 3-0 loss to Stellenbosch on Saturday.
The KwaZulu-Natal have since slipped to 14th position on the table, four points adrift of the top three.
The two sides will be meeting for the first time this season, after this fixture was postponed back in February.
