The Premier Soccer League confirmed six suspensions ahead of this weekend's Absa Premiership action.
The league will resume to full action this weekend, with the headline encounter being the most anticipated fixture of the season, the Soweto Derby.
Orlando Pirates will play host to Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon, a deciding showdown between third and first placed on the log.
A victory for Pirates will see them move to second placed on the log, within three points of Chiefs, while a victory for Amakhosi will see them increase the lead at the top to seven points.
Elsewhere, Maritzburg United will get the weekend underway with their famous Friday night kick off against Stellenbosch FC in KwaZulu Natal.
However, while the rest of the league is in action this weekend, here are the six players who will miss their respective league encounters due to suspension:
Amazulu FC - Samuel Darpoh
Baroka FC - Richard Mbulu
Bloemfontein Celtic - Tshepo Rikhotso, Siphelele Luthuli
Chippa United - Sandile Mthethwa
