An Orlando Pirates star, who is likely to experience his first Soweto Derby, has spoken about the expectations for the upcoming weekend's match against Kaizer Chiefs.
Ben Motshwari, who has been influential for Bucs this season, has made seven starts from 10 Absa Premiership matches and will use this week to impress head coach Milutin Sredojevic and his technical team, in the hope of being included in the line-up for the match against Chiefs.

Going into the previous match for Pirates, which was against Chippa United in the Telkom Knockout last weekend, the midfielder had three yellow cards, which meant that he would have been ruled out for the Chiefs match had he picked one more caution last Saturday.
With the 27-year-old having succeeded in avoiding being booked against the Chilli Boys, he is enthusiastic about one of the biggest games on the South African football calendar.
"For me personally, obviously it's going to be my first derby and hopefully… probably I'll play. But this game I take it like any other game, the games that we have been playing," Motshwari told the media during the Soweto Derby build-up press conference this week.

"There is no difference (in) preparing for this match. For us the key thing and the most important thing about the game (is that) we are only focusing on three points. It's very much exciting for us, it's going to be about the derby," added the former Bidvest Wits player.
