Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that one of their star players has been ruled out for several weeks.
It was confirmed by Chiefs yesterday that Lebogang Manyama suffered minor injuries to his elbow and knee after he was injured in a car accident.
The club subsequently revealed that the player will undergo several more assessments before being deemed fit enough to return to training.
It has since been confirmed by Chiefs that Manyama has been ruled out of action for six weeks after the player fractured his elbow.
"Lebogang Manyama has been ruled out for up to six weeks with a fractured elbow," physiotherapist David Milner confirmed on Chiefs official website.
"Lebo went through MRI scans yesterday and that revealed a fractured elbow. He will accordingly be treated and be put under a recovery plan," he added.
