However, after a hard fought victory by Amakhosi, three of their key players picked up knocks in the encounter – which will be assessed and treated by the club's medical team ahead of their next Absa Premiership clash.
"Leonardo (Castro) had some issues and challenges at half-time, but we said okay, go another 10 minutes and Khama will come on, it is obviously a number of knocks, which is normal if you come out of a derby," Head Coach Ernst Middendorp told the media after the game.
"Lebogang (Manyama), I had to take him out because of a certain issue in terms of the calve, he got a knock. I think the biggest question mark we have to sort out in the moment is Willard Katsande, but let's see," he added.
