The Siya crew has been informed that a potential move to the PSL is being bandied about for towering Senegalese goalkeeper Boubacar Fall, who is currently weighing up his next career move.
Fall, 24, is a free agent after parting ways with French Ligue 2 side AS Saint-Etienne in June.

Standing at an imposing 1.98 metres, the Senegal international has been on the radar of several clubs across Africa and Europe, but a switch to South Africa’s Betway Premiership is now also a possibility.
Speaking to the Siya crew, one of Fall’s representatives confirmed that they are actively assessing the South African market as part of the player’s next step.
“Boubacar is looking for the right environment to continue his career after leaving Saint-Étienne. We are exploring options in different leagues, and the PSL is definitely one of the possibilities because of its competitive level and the profile of clubs here,” said the representative.

Fall joined Saint-Etienne in 2021 from Senegalese side Guédiawaye FC and made his first-team debut in the Coupe de France before spending time on loan in the lower divisions.
His contract with the French club was not renewed at the end of the 2024/25 season, making him available on a free transfer.
