It is understood that European scouts were at the AFCON Under-20 tournament in Egypt, and some players, including Rapoo, have piqued the interest of these scouts.
"There were other European clubs interested in Neo before but now there is a Dutch club that has enquired about him and they have been monitoring him even now at the AFCON Under-20 tournament in Egypt. The scouts from this Dutch club are believed to be there and are happy with what they have seen,” the insider revealed to Siya crew.
Indications are that SuperSport are willing to let the young defender leave if the offer is appealing.
"At the moment I don't think the club could stand in his way. You know it's not the first time there has been interest in him. But this one from Holland is looking more serious as it's believed that the team's scouts have been following his progress and they are apparently happy with him," the insider added.
