In one of the attempts to get former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Darrel Matsheke a club, one of the teams that are aiming for improvement in the PSL is showing interest, the Siya crew has been informed.
It has been more than six months since Matsheke was released from Stellenbosch FC after he was with the club for only a few weeks.

In last week's Soccer Laduma newspaper, it was reported that Richards Bay FC had been showing interest in the player, as confirmed by close sources.
It has since emerged that top flight newbies Marumo Gallants, who will be looking at making further improvement with their results after winning their first match of the season on the weekend, have become the latest club to show interest in the industrious midfielder.
"Marumo Gallants are interested in adding Darrel Matsheke to their squad as they look to further improve," confirmed the player's agent Gerald Baloyi, speaking to the Siya crew.

"Darrel is a free agent and Marumo Gallants feel he could fit well in their team in line with what the club is aiming to achieve this season. We are in talks with the club and there is a possibility of him starting training with the club during the FIFA break. I know coach Dan Malesela will be happy to work with a player of Darrel's quality. The player's quality speaks for itself," added Baloyi.
