Pirates Tracking Another Striker

Pirates Tracking Another Striker

The striker is among the club's targets and is currently playing for Motsepe Foundation Championship side Kruger United.

"Yes. He is Bright Ndlovu. He is a former Jomo Cosmos striker. It's believed that Pirates are currently monitoring him. He is very good and strong. He can also play as a midfielder. Apparently Pirates are looking at bringing him in for next season," the Siya source stated.

A second source stated that Bucs are not only focused on Ndlovu but are also scouting other strikers to refresh their attacking options.

"Bright (Ndlovu) is not the only striker Pirates are monitoring and have enquired about. They are looking at different, new strikers because they are set to release some strikers as well and they are looking at their replacements. Ndlovu is just one of the others they are are considering for next season," the second insider revealed.

The 24-year-old Ndlovu has featured in many games for Kruger United this season, scoring goals and showcasing his potential as a promising talent.

Soccer Laduma contacted Pirates for comment but the club had not responded by the time this report was published.
