Chippa United could be offering a reported Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates target a new contract, the Siya crew has been informed.
Soccer Laduma had previously reported how Baraka Majogoro may have been attracting interest from both Soweto giants Pirates and Chiefs, so with his contract expiring in June this year, negotiations are coming to a head.

Siya sources close to the player and the interested clubs have indicated that the Chilli Boys may be exercising the Tanzanian's one-year option and could add another year to make sure they keep him until June 2026.
The sources have added that the technical team and management are happy with the midfielder and they don't want to lose him easily.
"When he joined the team at the start of the season he just signed a one-year contract with another optional year. So after the inquiry and interest from Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates the club then decided to exercise the option and give him another year. This means his contract will run until June 2026," said the Siya source.
"This is just to show that they want to keep him but if he goes they have to benefit financially from the move when it happens," the source observed.
A second Siya source added that Amakhosi and Bucs haven't given up on the Tanzanian midfielder.
"There are teams that are still monitoring him. There were some scouts from Pirates and Chiefs during some of Chippa's games and the interest is there. But now it's all in the hands of his club as they have just offered him a new deal to stay at the club longer. That just shows that they value him and they want to keep him," the source told Soccer Laduma.
When contacted for comment, Chippa United did not respond by the time this story was published.
