A local agent has spoken on the change of plan for his client after he decided to leave the club he was meant to play for to appear in the colours of the other.
Lebogang Mabotja's agent has spoken on the change of plan which has seen the defender joining a new club.

Following their promotion to the Betway Premiership, Magesi FC have been busy with the recruitment of players to ensure that they solidify their place in the League, and one of the veterans that has been earmarked for coach Clinton Larsen's team is defender Lebogang Mabotja.
However, after appearing to be in the plans for Larsen for the team's first top flight season, Mabotja has parted ways with the club to join Marumo Gallants, as confirmed by his agent Ratshibvumo Mulovhedzi from Rush Hour Sports Management.
"It's true, Lebogang Mabotja has parted ways with Magesi FC, and it was an amicable decision between us and the club," confirmed Mulovhedzi.

"I can further confirm that we have since signed a two-year contract with Marumo Gallants. In case some will be asking what happened, let me explain. They (Magesi) had a weekend off last week, so Lebo went home to Johannesburg as his wife is staying and working there. So, when his time off in Jo'burg came to an end, and had to leave on Sunday, his child started acting unusual and was crying non-stop.
"On Monday, it was becoming evident that she was not coping to a point that Lebo and his wife received an urgent call to the school where the child goes as the situation with her was getting worse. Every time everyone tried to ask what the problem was, she said she wanted to be with his dad badly. It was at that point that Lebo called me to explain what was going on. Later, a meeting was arranged for club (Magesi) management and the coach to discuss the matter and in the end, it was agreed that I should get him a team in and around Jo'burg and that's how he left to join Marumo Gallants," concluded the agent.
Mabotja, 32, finished the season with Sekhukhune United, having previously played for Gallants.
