Kermit Erasmus made his debut for RC Lens in the French Ligue 2 on Saturday afternoon, as they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Amiens.
The 26-year-old, who completed a loan to Lens earlier this week, was named among the substitutes at the Stade de la Licorne.
Erasmus was eventually introduced in the final minutes of second-half stoppage time, but was unable to prevent Rens from suffering defeat.
The win sees Amiens leapfrog Lens into second spot in the Ligue 2 standings.

Daylon Claasen was a second-half substitute as 1860 Munich defeated Greuther Furth 2-1 on Friday evening.
The Bafana Bafana international was introduced in the 56th minute, as Munich claimed their second straight win in the German second divison.
