Lille Could Look To Try And Get Lebo Mothiba Back

French Ligue 1 outfit, Lille OSC, could look to call back their on-loan forward, Lebo Mothiba, after being slapped with a transfer ban by the French League. Mothiba is currently with Ligue 2 outfit, Valenciennes, after impressing during his spell there last season, and currently has nine goals to his name in all competitions as he continues to shine in the French second tier. Lille were recently given an indefinite transfer ban by the LFP, meaning that the relegation battlers will not be able to strengthen in January, and according to Siya sources, there is a chance that they could look to bring Mothiba back to try and bolster their attack. Mothiba has scored almost as many league goals (8) as Lille's entire strikeforce combined (9) so far, and the Siya crew is led to believe that there is a chance of them recalling him, although Valenciennes would no doubt be against the move.
