Egyptian football legend Ahmed Hossam Hussein Abdelhamid Wasfi, famously known as 'Mido' has revealed why Bafana Bafana attacker Percy Tau is the most important player in the current Al Ahly squad.

Tau has started the new season like he ended the previous one - with a bang!
The 29-year-old scored two goals for the Egyptian outift in the Egyptian League as they beat Al Masry, while he played a pivotal role in their 3-0 CAF Champions League win over Ethiopia's St George just days later.
So impressive have his displays in a red shirt been, that former Ajax striker 'Mido' has labelled him as the club's most important player.
"Tau is the most important player for Ahly in the current period and this is a result of the patience of Ahly him and managing to sort out the player's injury problems from the last few seasons," he told Egyptian media.
In a recent trip to South Africa, Tau has revealed how Al Ahly managed to preserve him and avoid injuries by playing him in less matches and often hauling him off before the 90-minute mark - the period where a bulk of his injuries happen.
His impressive start to the campaign has seen him score two goals in two matches in all competitions.
