Lebitso, 27, has made 14 appearances in 16 league matches for the Chilli Boys in the first half of the season and has been one of the influential players since joining the club in 2020.
With the Sebokeng-born player getting ready to compete with the likes of Thembinkosi Lorch and Monnapule Saleng among others in coach Jose Riveiro's team, his representative Mandla Mthembu has shed more light on the move to the Soweto giants.

"We are excited for Thabiso Lebitso on his move, he deserves the opportunity. He has earned it and it's been long coming. The move came at a right time to a deserving human being, and I have no doubt that he'll do us all proud," said Mthembu, speaking exclusively to the Siya crew.
"Let me also take this opportunity and applaud Chippa Mpengesi (Chippa United chairman), and credit to him because he took a chance on an unknown player and today this move benefits his entire family," concluded Mthembu.
