Earlier in the week, the Buccaneers announced that influential midfielder Miguel Timm has signed a one-year contract extension with an option to extend by another year.

Having already confirmed that the team will be playing three competitive friendly matches in Spain from 12 – 19 July, the Soweto giants will be expected to decide on the squad for next season, including the new signings.

Meanwhile, Bucs took to their official X account to share a video of the players coming back to the club's headquarters to report for duty.

Boitumelo Radiopane, who spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Cape Town Spurs, is one of the players that can be seen on the video along with the likes of Thalente Mbatha whose move has been made permanent after initially joining on loan from SuperSport United, as well as Sandile Mthethwa who has been linked with a loan move.
