Having advised that the Soweto giants should be patient with current head Josef Zinnbauer despite the pressure that has been mounting for the German mentor due to inconsistent results, Ramokgadi has suggested that the Buccaneers should reinforce their defence with two centre-backs and an attacker.

On top of Ramokgadi's list is Golden Arrows defender Nkosinathi Sibisi who has been impressive with 24 league starts in KwaZulu-Natal team's resurgence this season under Mandla Ncikazi.
"Pirates don't need a lot of players to beef up. The club just needs two focused central defenders and a very clever striker. For example, I would suggest that they go for that boy who plays for Golden Arrows, his name is Sibisi. Sibisi is a very good player but he is underrated. But people who understand football can see that the boy is very good," said Ramokgadi, speaking to the Siya crew.

"I have been following him closely and I have been impressed. The boy is calm and is clever and he can play. He puts his body on the line and his style is similar to that of Ricardo Nascimento from Sundowns. He is a good reader of the game and Pirates need that type of a player. You must remember that (Pirates) used to have (Siyabonga) Sangweni and (Sibisi) is that kind of a player. We knew that when Sangweni was on the field, mistakes would be few," he added.
