Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro has opened about why his side ended up on the losing side against Kaizer Chiefs in the Nedbank Cup final.
The Buccaneers were unable to claim a third successive Nedbank Cup title after losing 2-1 to their arch rivals at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Spaniard claimed the final was an 'ugly' affair from start to finish, but admitted that Chiefs had their moments.
“An ugly game, very ugly from the beginning until the end, I think. Not so much quality today to be played, beginning of the game again one penalty they got the lead and we managed to come back,” Riveiro told SuperSport TV.
“I think we were better near the end of the first half and too little football in the second, a lot of interruptions, fouls and there were a moment five to ten minutes when Chiefs were better than us and they managed to get the lead and we try until the end to equalise but we couldn’t today."
The Spanish tactician claims they were not able to find the space against Chiefs on the day.
“It’s not easy, it’s so difficult, today we couldn’t," he added.
"I’m not going to analyse the reasons why, I know why. We couldn’t find the spaces we were looking for in the build-up and yeah that’s it."
