As announced by the Buccaneers at the time, the player was already in isolation at home for 14 days after the disturbing news was confirmed.
Speaking to the Siya crew, Motshwari's representative Palesa Mkhize has given an update on the 29-year-old central midfielder.
"Ben is fine and it's just a matter of time. He has to go and test. The 14-day period expired yesterday (Wednesday), and the doctor needs to make an appointment for him to go and check if he is fine," said Mkhize.

"But when I speak to him, he's improved a lot since then. Mentally, he is strong and you can see when you talk to him that he is fine. I'm quite adamant that he is fine. It's just a matter of time for us to get the results. We have no doubt that the officials knew what they were talking about when they said he should go into isolation for 14 days. They can't just say that and the thing doesn't fade away," the representative added.
