Siphelele Ntshangase Knows He Must Be Ready For Kaizer Chiefs

Siphelele Ntshangase

Kaizer Chiefs' Siphelele Ntshangase says that he has to be ready to play whenever he's called upon, insisting that it's about the team – not him.   Read: Chiefs' Cup Semifinal Injury List   The 24-year-old midfielder joined Chiefs earlier this year to much fanfare following his move from Baroka, however, he hasn't had the best of starts to life at Naturena and – to date – has only started two games for the club in all competitions.   Now, with a huge clash with Free State Stars on the horizon, 'Stash' has only one thing on his mind… Reaching the Nedbank Cup final.   Despite his lack of game time, he told the club, "It's all about the team… I have to be ready whenever I am asked to play. We haven't won a trophy for two seasons. We definitely want to reach the final, which will give us an opportunity to win something. If I get a chance, I will grab it with both hands."    Click here to view the Nedbank Cup fixtures   Ntshangase has only started nine games in all competitions all season over the course of his time with both Baroka and the Amakhosi, but he will be hoping that he can kick-start his Chiefs career with a performance against Ea Lla Koto if given the chance.   The two teams will lock horns on tonight at 20h15 in Durban.
