Even though Bidvest Wits are in the running for this season's league title, inspirational midfielder Sibusiso Vilakazi is desperate to lead his team to the Nedbank Cup title and to win as many trophies as possible this season.
The Bafana Bafana midfielder will be part of the team taking on Free State Stars today in the Nedbank Cup quarter-finals and has discussed their 0-0 draw in the league against their opponents last week, saying that his team are better prepared to break down the Stars' defence this time.
"Stars have a very good defence which is very hard to break down," he told the Siya crew. "We saw it last week and today we know what to expect and we have worked on that."
'Vila' then spoke about his team's desire to win this season's competition, saying that they have to score to keep their dreams alive.
"We want this trophy and winning today is what will bring us closer to the Nedbank Cup trophy. We have to do better than last week and make sure we score today. This is a cup game and one team has to win and we want to be the winning team," he observed.
