Bafana Starlet Rewarded With New Euro Contract
Steve Komphela was without Teenage Hadebe, Erick Mathoho and Ramahlwe Mphahlele due to suspension and injury against Dikwena on Sunday, while Daniel Cardoso was also 'pushed to the limit' due to a thigh problem.
Now, with the cup being Chiefs' last hope, Komphela will be crossing his fingers that all four are able to make a return to action, going into the vital clash with Free State Stars on Saturday.
Hadebe was due to be assessed by the club following an ankle injury, while Mathoho was expected to be out for 'seven to 10 days with a concussion. Mphahlele was expected to take seven days to recover, which could potentially see him return in time.

Meanwhile, Komphela is likely to be taking it easy on Cardoso, with the in-form defender not wanting to aggravate his thigh problem and miss the important game on Saturday night.
The Siya crew has been informed that all but Hadebe were involved in training today, giving Komphela a boost ahead of the weekend.
The two teams will lock horns at Moses Mabhida Stadium at 20h15.
