Best:

Percy Tau: 7/10

Tau linked up with his fellow attackers on the day and was rewarded with a goal in the second half.

Khama Billiat: 7/10

Returned to the line up and was a threat from the onset as he bagged the assist for Tau's goal, while he also set up a number of other chances.

Wayne Arendse: 6.5/10

Arendse put in a solid showing in the heart of the City defence and did well to frustrate Patosi.

Ricardo Nascimento: 6.5/10

He could do nothing about the deflection for Ralani's goal, but he was impressive overall alongside Arendse.

Surprise Ralani: 7.5/10

Ralani was City's best attacking outlet on the pitch. He was a handful for Morena and he also managed to get on the score-sheet.

Roland Putsche: 6/10

City dominated for large parts of the game and Putsche was key that, although he did miss a big chance in the first half.

Worst:

Gaston Sirino: 4/10

Not what we are used to seeing from the Bolivian, who was sloppy on the ball at times.

Ayanda Patosi: 4/10

Deployed upfront for City but he found it tough against Nascimento and Arendse.

Robyn Johannes: 4/10

The City skipper looked shaky at times and was often bailed out by Sage Stephens or Fielies.

Edmilson Dove: 4/10

A number of Sundowns' attacks came down Edmilson's flank, as the likes of Tau and Billiat had a lot of joy down the left.
