Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Reneilwe Letsholonyane, says he's happy to wear the captain's armband, but insists that every player in the team is a captain.
The veteran midfield man was given the club's captaincy in the 2-1 win over University of Pretoria, during which he scored a brace, in the absence of injured skipper, Itumeleng Khune.
Now, with an MTN8 final against Soweto rivals, Orlando Pirates, just a few days away, 'Yeye' says that his team must finish what they started, and that the team is full of captains.
Speaking to the media at Naturena, the in-form midfielder said, "We have to carry on, it's the last game of the tournament and we want to finish what we started. We have to be consistent with what we've done in the previous games if we want to do that.
"It's a different game to the MTN8 final, I will be happy to win this time around. It won't be easy, but winning it would be a great feeling for me and the team.
"I'm always ready (to take on a leadership role). We have five captains, but the whole team are captains. Anyone who is given the armband on the day will wear it, but every player on the field is a captain. Personally, I'd be happy to take charge if giving the opportunity though."
