The Siya crew caught up with the former left-back known for his trademark and torn cap before he left for Durban to get his thoughts on what has to be the most anticipated fixture of the season thus far.

"My brother I tell you, just the fact that these tickets were sold out in three hours tells you how much people want this game," said Magents.

"What makes this Soweto derby even more distinctive is the fact that it's a cup final, as the sponsors say 'Wafa Wafa' one will surely die tomorrow night!"

"If you ask me both I just see these two teams going to penalties because their recent form makes it difficult to separate the two. Where Pirates may come out top is the experience they have in the goalkeeping department, but I think that may not be too much of a factor as Chiefs have won games without Itumeleng Khune before."

"Senzo Meyiwa for me should be one of the most confident players. That man has kept a clean sheet against Polokwane City; Bidvest Wits has been named Captain of Bafana Bafana and kept two clean sheets for Bafana Bafana so he's oozing confidence which is good for the Buccaneers. If I'm right and it goes to penalties Senzo will be the man I tell you!"

"I'm off to Durban," said a thrilled Motale.
