Orlando Pirates striker, Lennox Bacela, has shared his thoughts regarding the mentality of the team ahead of the MTN8 fixture with SuperSport United on Saturday evening.
Speaking at the MTN8 Cup Press Conference at the Rand Stadium, 'Jumbo' pointed out the team's 'feat' last season in the same competition, and believes they can pick up where they left off in the last campaign.
According to the official Orlando Pirates Twitter account, Bacela expressed this by saying, " We are a good team, we showed that last season with how far we got in this cup. We need to take that build on it. It's not about me doing well alone because if I score or assist we win, then we have achieved as a team.
"It's important for any striker to get that duck off your back. On Saturday as strikers we hope to start on a high note," highlighted the lanky forward.
Orlando Pirates will welcome Matsatsantsa to the Orlando Stadium this Saturday with the encounter scheduled to begin at 20:15.
