Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt believes his side were the better team following their 1-1 draw against Ajax Cape Town in a MTN8 first leg semifinal on Saturday night.
Hunt also spoke about the condition of the playing pitch at Coetzenburg Stadium and deemed it unacceptable.
"If you look at the first half it was very good. We had three good scoring chances, they had one chance and they scored and that chance came from nothing," said Hunt.
"Once they got the one, we tried to push in the second half and they had two chances at the death.
"All in all you have to say that a draw is possibly a fair result, but at the end of the day I thought in the first half we were good, but we could have made a few changes.
"You can't play here (at Coetzenburg Stadium) on this pitch, it is impossible to play in these conditions. That's why I left one or two (of my players) out (to avoid injury)."
Touching on his side's equalising goal which Roger de Sa moaned about, saying the referee's assistant didn't flag for the ball going out, Hunt said he thought the goal was legitimate.
"I didn't see any problems with the equalising goal. If you take their first goal, it was a foul as well. That is how football goes," added Hunt.
"I didn't see anything wrong with our goal."
