Orlando Pirates will be looking to return to winning ways in DStv Premiership when they host TS Galaxy on Saturday evening.
Teams: Orlando Pirates v TS Galaxy
Date: 11 December 2021
Venue: Orlando Stadium
Time: 17h30
The Soweto giants have won only once in their last five matches after they were held to a 1-1 draw by AmaZulu in midweek.
The Buccaneers remain in seventh place on the log and risk dropping out of the top eight if they don't clinch maximum points. However, the Soweto giants are just three points behind second-placed Sekhukhune United.
The Rockets, meanwhile, clinched their second victory in their last five matches after thrashing Chippa United 3-1 in midweek.
The victory took Sead Ramovic's charges up to 13th on the table with 12 points, two points above the relegation play-off spot held by Chippa United.
Galaxy will be without centre-back Igor Makitan, who will be concluding his two-match suspension after he was red-carded in a 3-1 loss to Marumo Gallants.
Pirates are yet to beat the Rockets, as they met for the first time last season, with Galaxy holding the Buccaneers to a 1-1 draw away in the first round clash and upset the Soweto giants 1-0 in the reverse fixture.
