The Buccaneers began the 2021/22 campaign with a defeat after going down 2-1 to Swallows FC in the first round of the MTN8 last weekend.
The aftermath of the defeat saw head coach Josef Zinnbauer step down from his role just days before the start of the new league season.
Mandla Nckazi and Fadlu Davids will take over the reigns for Saturday's encounter following Zinnbauer's departure.
Stellies, meanwhile, will be hoping for a good start to the campaign after just managing to avoid the relegation play-offs on the final day of last season.
Steve Barker has managed to bolster their squad in recent months with a number of signings, including the returning Waseem Isaacs and Judas Moseamedi from Maritzburg United.
