DStv Premiership
Teams: Kaizer Chiefs v SuperSport United
Date: 20 February 2021
Venue: FNB Stadium
Kaizer Chiefs will be aiming to get back on the winning trail on Saturday when they host high-flying SuperSport United at FNB Stadium in the DStv Premiership.
The match gets underway at 15h00.
Amakhosi have been finding wins hard to come by in recent weeks as they last tasted victory on 19 January when they beat Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila 3-0.
Since that result, the Soweto giants drew twice and then went on to lose three consecutive games across all competitions. They lost 2-1 at home against AmaZulu on Wednesday.
Chiefs are down in ninth position in the league standings and could move into the top half with three points.
SuperSport are looking to find some consistency after a few disappointing results. They drew 1-1 at home against Swallows before a Nedbank Cup defeat at TTM and a league defeat at Bloemfontein Celtic.
Matsatsantsa bounced back with a 2-1 victory at home against Cape Town City last Saturday, and they will be hoping to put the bad run behind them with a follow-up win against a vulnerable Chiefs outfit.
Coach Kaitano Tembo's charges are in second place in the league standings, five points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns and two clear of third-placed Swallows.
Here's how they line up:
Chiefs: 16. Khune, 30. Ngezana, 39. Frosler, 5. Agay, 2. Mphahlele, 31. Katsande, 45. Blom, 25. Parker, 37. Ngcobo, 8. Castro, 9. Nurkovic.
