Teams: Polokwane City v Golden Arrows
Date: 19 January 2020
Venue: Peter Mokaba Stadium
Polokwane City will be aiming to move off the foot of the Absa Premiership table when they host Golden Arrows on Sunday afternoon.
After starting the year with a win over the resurgent Chippa United, Rise and Shine have suffered back-to-back defeats Orlando Pirates and Baroka.
As a result, Clinton Larsen's troops have dropped to the bottom of the standings although with AmaZulu and Black Leopards dropping points this weekend, Polokwane can move up to 13th.
Arrows, meanwile, will look to build some momentum after ending their four-match losing streak with a 1-0 win over Baroka last time out.
With Highlands Park losing to Pirates on Saturday, victory over Polokwane will see Arrows move into the top eight.
Arrows have won the last two meetings against Polokwane (League and Telkom Knockout), but Rise and Shine claimed a 2-0 victory in this fixture last season.
