Teams: Bloemfontein Celtic v Chippa
Date: 19 January 2020
Venue: Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium
Chippa United will have a rare advantage of playing Bloemfontein for the second time at home when the sides clash at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Siwelele announced during the week that they would be taking their home games to Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth as their home venue, the Dr Molemela Stadium, will undergo renovations.
Lehlohonolo Seema's charges saw their two-game winning run come to an end on Wednesday after they were beaten 3-2 by Bidvest Wits at the Bidvest Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Chilli Boys were not in action during the week as their last outing was a goalless draw with Maritzburg United last Saturday in Mdantsane.
Norman Mapeza's troops find themselves in 10th place and they could move into the top half of the table with victory over Celtic, provided other results go their way.
The sides played to a goalless draw in the reverse fixture in September last year, but Chippa defeated Celtic 1-0 in Telkom Knockout round of 16 clash the following month thanks to a late winner by Lehlohonolo Masalesa.
