Coach Rulani Mokwena says that God loves Mamelodi Sundowns too after their late heroics against Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium.
Chiefs seem destined to walk away with a 1-0 win thanks to Edson Castillo's header, before Khuliso Mudau popped up with a header of his own second-half stoppage time.
Mokwena claims the draw feels like a win as they managed to secure an away goal at the FNB Stadium.

"Where do you start hey? I guess God was listening to my pre-match press conference and he had to just remind us that he loves us all doesn't he?" Mokwena told SuperSport TV.
"Amazing, congratulations to the players, congratulations to the entire Mamelodi Sundowns, I think it feels like a victory because we have an away goal and we came back from 1-0.

"In fact, to be honest we shouldn't be 1-0 down because we dominated so much, we created a lot of chances but, ja we had to come back, good fighting spirit and now we go for the second-leg," he said.
Mokwena feels the second leg will be even more difficult but feels they can work on things in the international break.
"Ja, it's gonna be more difficult, but you saw two good teams but let's go for it, we're Mamelodi Sundowns, it was a difficult game. I never talk about the officiating but I'm a little bit worried about it also, some of the fouls but let's move on you know, take the FIFA break, get some sessions in, recover some players and then we go again," he said.
When asked about God love Sundowns' comment, he added, "Didn't he just demonstrate that? He loves Mamelodi Sundowns too."
