Rulani Confirms Sundowns' Transfer Plans

The Brazilians made it five wins in five DStv Premiership matches on Wednesday evening after defeating Richards Bay FC 1-0.

The reigning league champions have made five signings in the current transfer window following the arrival of Thapelo Maseko, Lucas Ribeiro, Bathusi Aubaas, Lesiba Nku and Junior Mendieta.

With the club boasting a number of injuries at the moment, Mokwena reveals they are planning to utilise the transfer window.

"It depends on what is available but probably one more, only one more," Mokwena told SuperSport after the game.

The Brazilians have been without some key individuals in recent weeks due to injury, but they will a week before their next clash.

"We are in a difficult moment, but at least we've got a bit of a break now before the next game and now we have to crawl towards that game against Polokwane City, use everything that we have.

"We have a strong squad and now give opportunities to everybody to fight for their place.

"And Richards Bay are a very difficult side, hey. Very energetic, very aggressive with the pressure, you could see when they press with the three, they sustain the pressure, so you have to find possibilities in the second line, maybe even in the third line."
