With Mamelodi Sundowns affected in recruitment of new players by their long break, would Thembinkosi Lorch be welcomed back?
Wydad are in talks with Sundowns over the permanent transfer of Lorch, who joined the Moroccan giants in February on a loan deal.
However, The Brazilians are yet to accept offers from The Red Castle, as they reportedly believe the value of the former Orlando Pirates forward has increased and therefore the 32-year-old is caught in the middle.

Should a deal not be concluded, Lorch could be forced to run down his contract at Masandawana.
Could the former PSL Footballer of the Season continue his form at Sundowns, who need proven experienced players, as they will have just over two weeks of pre-season before they reopen with the MTN8 quarter-finals.
"I just feel sorry for him (Lorch) that Wydad want to sign him permanently and Sundowns... You know sometimes teams come with their own things. I hope they find a solution because I don't see that he can play under (Miguel) Cardoso," Orlando Pirates and Sundowns legend Benedict 'Tso' Vilakazi said on omniaudioafrica YouTube Channel.
"Looking at how Cardoso wants to play, especially with players on the wings, he's not a fan of those players. If Sundowns keep Lorch, I think it's going to be a disadvantage for Lorch, because he's not gonna play according to his strengths.

"At Wydad he has found his feet, he's showing us who 'Nyoso' is. He's wide player that can also come inside at Wydad, he's got a bit of freedom. Right now at Sundowns I'm crying with how Cardoso is playing Ribeiro, wide, asking him to track back. Ribeiro is not that type of a player. Lorch has found his feet and is more confident at Wydad," Vilakazi concluded.
The Tshwane giants will start their 2025/26 season with the MTN8 quarter-final clash against Richards Bay next Sunday, 3 August.
