Mamelodi Sundowns' Gaston Sirino has shared his daily routine during the COVID-19 lockdown.
Despite just one-week left of the nationwide lockdown, it is still uncertain when club training and domestic football will ever be able to return.
However, it seems that players in the Premier Soccer League have since gotten used to the circumstances while in lockdown and to still keep a sense of normalcy, many of them have been sticking to a daily routine.
In an interview on Sundowns' official website last week, Sirino shared his daily routine and how he incorporates what he needs to do along with spending time with his family.
"I generally wake up early, by 10am, my kids won't let me sleep past then. We then all have breakfast together and call our family and friends back home. We have started a new family work out which we then all participate in, for about 45min. That leaves most of my family, especially my daughters, finished and that buys me some time later when they get to bed early. I then train on my own a little later, and unwind with PlayStation at the end of the day," he said.
