Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane's comments about Ndumiso Mabena have been echoed by the player's representative.
The former Bafana Bafana coach lauded the former Orlando Pirates player for his influence at Bloemfontein Celtic, while also likening him to Lionel Messi for his influence at Barcelona while also adding that the Siwelele man is intelligent.
Speaking to the Siya crew, Mabena's representative Francesco Ferreri of On The Ball Sports Management also lauded the player for impressive perfomances.
"Nothing from Sundowns (about a potential deal)! There's been no approach. Pitso might have said those good things but there have never been a formal approach from Sundowns. In any event, should any club be interested in Mabena, they should approach Bloemfontein Celtic, as Mabena has a contract to June 2021 with the Bloemfontein outfit," said Ferreri
"But let me tell you now, if Ndumiso went there with the way he plays, and it's my opinion and not because he is my player, Ndumiso is the best player with his back to the goals in this country. There's no player that is better than him with his back to the goal. With his back to the goal he can bring so many players to the game because he is so clever. He is brilliant," the representative added.
