Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande has given some advice to legend Itumeleng Khune as the entire country waits to hear what will follow in the veteran's career.
Amakhosi remain in talks with Khune to decide what happens next in his career and an announcement is expected to be made in the near future, with the possibility of the 37-year-old bringing an end to what has been an incredible career.

That decision, however, has not been made yet and, in fact, there is also a chance of the goalkeeper deciding to carry on playing, though it's unlikely to be in the colours of Amakhosi. Whatever decision he makes, his former teammate Katsande has advised him not go give into peer pressure.
Katsande has encouraged Khune to listen to his body and what he feels inside his heart, before making a final decision on whether to stop or carry on.
"He is one of the friends football gave me. We always talk and we are always positive in every situation. It's up to him to decide what he really wants, but the most important thing is that he does not need to doubt what he has contributed towards Kaizer Chiefs and he must not doubt what he has achieved under Kaizer Chiefs and in football and how much he touched the souls out there. Every goalkeeper, when he had the ball, wanted to be like Itu.

"You can see that he left a blueprint in football, if he decides to go on the other side. But if he still wants to play, then we have to support him and enjoy him one more time before he hangs up his gloves. The most important thing is to listen to your body and to yourself, not peer pressure."
It's understood that Khune would not be short of choices if he were to leave Amakhosi to carry on playing elsewhere.
