Kaizer Chiefs have been commended for the way they have signed players so far, as coach Nasreddine Nabi's squad is starting to take shape.
Having already added the likes of former Orlando Pirates defender Bongani Sam to the team, as well as Fiacre Ntwari from TS Galaxy, ex-Cape Town Spurs defender Rushwin Dortley, Gaston Sirino from Mamelodi Sundowns and Angolan centre-back Inacio Miguel, Chiefs have made arguably one of their biggest signings of this transfer window in Njabulo Blom who has re-joined the club following a stint with St. Louis City FC in the United States.

Defender Bradley Cross has also been signed from Golden Arrows to the delight of former Chiefs midfielder Ntokozo 'Koloba' Sikhakhane who is predicting an improved season for Amakhosi.
"In terms of signings, Chiefs have done really well so far, and things look promising for the team, and I am pleased. What I like the most about what the club is doing is that they are strengthening in all the departments, and it is good to see. In goalkeeping, defence, midfield and in attack they have added players to make sure that the team is balanced," said Sikhakhane, speaking exclusively to the Siya crew.

"I am expecting a better season from Chiefs under the new coach. It's about time that the team improves because it's been a while since the club did well and made the supporters happy. I am very much happy about Gaston Sirino because he is a player that can make things happen. His creativity and ability to score goals will give Chiefs something in attack which is what the team needs going into the season. Let's wait and see but I am expecting a different Chiefs team in the new season," Sikhakhane said.
