Kaizer Chiefs Are Yet To Give Reamohetse Lekoatsa His Clearance
He's already left the club, but a former Kaizer Chiefs striker is waiting for his Amakhosi clearance before he is able to get his career back on track elsewhere. Read: CT City's Starlet Making Euro Moves The Siya crew has previously reported that Reamohetse 'Shimi' Lekoatsa, who was playing in the MultiChoice Diski Challenge for the Glamour Boys last season, had been given the chance to train with Royal Eagles in the GladAfrica Championship, and it appears that they've liked what they've seen from him. Lekoatsa, who is still just 21, is eager to get to playing senior football following his exit from Naturena earlier this year, however things have been put on hold due to the fact that his former employers apparently haven't given him his clearance just yet. Gerald Baloyi, of Vodia Players Management and Marketing, told the crew, "Royal Eagles are interested in taking 'Shimi' after he left Kaizer Chiefs at the end of last season, but we're still waiting for his clearance from Chiefs and he can't sign until we get that."
