With a new coach and technical team, there are high expectations for the team. Now, Amakhosi Marketing and Brand Manager Jessica Motaung has expressed that the changes in the technical team and the playing personnel are exciting for both the team and the supporters for the new season.

Speaking to the media during the launch of the Twinning Project between Kaizer Chiefs, FIFA Foundation, and the Johannesburg Correctional Centre on Wednesday morning, Motaung said that the club has made good signings and has a strong technical team to change things this season.

"We are excited with the changes that have taken place at the club in terms of the technical team as well as well as players that we have signed. We have great changes in almost all departments and that's exciting for all of us. It's good to see the new players that we have signed and seeing Njabulo Blom coming back. That should be exciting to the supporters as well who are always there to support us," Motaung explained.

Motaung further explained that they are looking forward to even more supporters at their games, starting with their first game of the season against Marumo Gallants on the 14th September in Bloemfontein.

"As you have noted, our supporters are very loyal and with the exciting news from the team of new players we expect even more from our supporters but most important from the team, we embark on a new journey. It's easy to market the team when it's doing well than when things are bad. But with our loyal supporters the changes are exciting and we are looking forward to that," Motaung concluded.
